Axial flow check valve in addition to the general check valve function, also uses exquisite sealing technology to make the valve to zero leakage, unique venturi streamlined flow channel design has the advantages of small flow resistance, good flow state, fast response to medium pressure change, small size and so on. It is the preferred valve for general industrial and pipeline use, especially suitable for oil pump outlet and natural gas compressor outlet.
Axial flow check valve is suitable for pressure grade of 150Lb~600Lb(PN2.0,10.0MPa), working temperature of-46~350 C in petroleum, chemical, natural gas and other working conditions, the main structural characteristics of preventing medium backflow are:
1.The product has reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance and beautiful shape.
2.Valve disc, valve seat sealing surface overweld cobalt base alloy, or the combination of non-metal and metal seal, stable product performance, long service life.
3.The end connection is welded end or flange connection. Users can choose the connection mode according to the pipeline requirements to meet various engineering needs.
