  • Product Profile

    A new type of device mainly used for cleaning pipes in water, oil, natural gas, chemicals and other liquid transportation pipelines. It can be used for launching and receiving pipe cleaners, for mechanical cleaning of the inner wall of the pipeline (decontamination, descaling, removal of foreign objects in the pipeline, etc.), and for separating different products. It can replace the complex pipe cleaner launching and receiving device centered on the pipe cleaner transceiver tube used traditionally, and also has the function of a general two-position cut-off ball valve. Also called PIG valve.

  • Design Feature

    Pipe clearing valves have three types to suit different operational needs.


    The valve body has three types: standard type, ball with bypass type and isolation type, as well as its sealing principle is the same as that of the ball valve, through the joint action of the spring and the medium, so that the two sides of the valve seat against the ball, thus realizing the isolation of the sealing channel and the cavity of the valve body. Sealing principle is the same as the ball valve, through the spring and the media together, so that both sides of the valve seat against the ball, so as to realize the sealing channel and the valve body cavity isolation.


    1. standard pipe cleaner valve (I type) is designed for pipe cleaning, its device channel is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the pipeline, play the function of transmitting and receiving pipe cleaner, and at the same time have the function of cut-off


    2. Sphere with bypass type pipe cleaning valve (Type II) adopts the structure of a sphere, with two round channels perpendicular to the direction of the ball holes on the hollow sphere to ensure that the pipe cleaning valve will not be cut off when launching or receiving the pipe cleaner, but it can't be used as a cut-off valve.


    3.Isolation type pipe-cleaning valve (type III) is mainly used for isolating and sequentially conveying the medium to prevent the medium from mixing. Its device channel is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the pipeline, and there is an additional seal in the ball hole of the receiving pipe-cleaning valve to ensure that the isolation cleaner reaches the receiving pipe-cleaning valve to form a seal.
