    Parallel double-gate gate valve with pilot hole type, suitable for natural gas, oil, chemical, urban construction, environmental protection and other industries, including anti-sulfur series of products for hydrogen sulfide-containing media, fast flow rate, impurities, corrosion of the natural gas long-distance pipeline.


  • Design Feature

    1. The valve adopts two mutually parallel gate and its wedge device or spring pre-tight sealing structure instead of the traditional wedge gate valve structure.


    2. the valve sealing mechanism of the parts are separated from each other, even if the temperature changes caused by deformation can still ensure the seal, and will not be due to high temperature expansion and make the gate squeezed open.


    3. The valve seal is made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, which prolongs the service life of the valve. 4.


    4. in the case of high temperature and high pressure, the inlet side of the gate is designed for pressure relief, to prevent the phenomenon of abnormal increase in pressure in the cavity caused by temperature changes, to ensure the safety of use.


    5. the valve with guide hole structure, whether fully open or fully closed state, the gate and the valve seat are always in contact with each other, the sealing surface is not directly flushed by the medium, thus extending the service life. 6. the valve fire-resistant design.


    6. The fire-resistant design of the valve implements API 6Fa standard, corresponding to the hydrocarbon flow liquids, oil and gas pipeline valves, the implementation of this standard, can meet the fire requirements.


    7. When the valve is fully open, the passage is straight pipeline, flow resistance series and pressure loss are very small, can pass the hairball cleaning pipeline.
