  • Product Profile

    The opening and closing parts of the low temperature gate valve is the gate plate. The movement direction of the gate plate is perpendicular to the fluid direction. The gate valve can only be fully opened and closed, and cannot be adjusted and throttling. The gate has two sealing surfaces, the most commonly used two sealing surfaces of the mode gate valve form a wedge, wedge angle varies with the valve parameters, usually 5, and the medium temperature is 2 52'when the temperature is not high. The gate of the wedge gate valve can be made into a whole called a rigid gate; it can be bedeformation to improve its craftsmanship and compensate for the deviation of the angle of the sealing surface. This gate is called an elastic gate. 


  • Design Feature

    -Valve body and Bonnet: overall austenitic stainless steel castings or forgings, with high strength and low temperature resistance.

    -The stem: To reduce wear, the stem is surface treated and has wear and abrasion resistance at low temperature. 

    -Seal pair: STL carbide, with wear resistance, corrosion resistance and low temperature resistance. 

    -Valve extension: lengthen the valve neck design to ensure the reliable sealing of the valve stem filling part. 

    -Dropping board: it can effectively prevent condensed water from flowing into the insulation layer. 

    -One-way flow: pressure relief holes are set on the gate to prevent abnormal pressure boost in the closed area. 

    -Cleaning: low temperature valve for degrease cleaning treatment.
