DBB ball valve is two ball cores in the same valve body at the same time, can meet the requirements of the same need two exits, and each exit end can be independently controlled, with the characteristics of simple structure, convenient operation, can be widely used in the pipeline, especially the gas pipeline. When the DBB ball valve needs to be cut off, it only needs to turn one of the balls to cut off the pipe. The other ball will only operate after the seat seal assembly of the ball fails. It can also alternately move two spheres to make the service life of the product longer, the use of pipelines to achieve double Block, double Bleed effect. Two high pressure ball valves are integrated, do not need to temporarily adjust the flow center line of the two ball valves during the installation, but also reduce the two high pressure ball valves directly connect a connection point and a leakage point, safe and reliable.
Double blocking and Bleed ball valves need to be isolated twice on one pipe and have a discharge function. Used to control the flow rate between the two "ball valve" cavities to achieve a safe blockage of the downstream pipes. The double valve block uses one valve instead of two bolt valves during repair.
Double Isolation emission (DBB)
When the valve is closed and the intermediate cavity is discharged through the discharge valve, the upper and downstream valve seats isolate the inlet and outlet fluids respectively to realize the double isolation function. Another function of the excretion device is to check the seat for leakage during testing. In addition, the sediment in the body can be washed and discharged through the excretion device, reducing the damage to the valve seat by impurities in the medium.
