  • Product Profile

    The opening and closing part of the low temperature gate valve is the gate plate, the movement direction of the gate plate is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid, the gate valve can only be fully opened and closed, can not be adjusted and throttled. The gate has two sealing faces. The two sealing faces of the most common type of gate valve form a wedge. The wedge Angle varies with the valve parameters, usually 5°, and 2°52' when the medium temperature is not high. The gate plate of wedge gate valve can be made into a whole body, called a rigid gate plate; Can also be made into a trace deformation of the gate, in order to improve its technology, make up for the Angle of the sealing surface in the process of the deviation, this kind of gate is called elastic gate.

  • Design Feature

    - Body and bonnet: the whole is made of austenitic stainless steel castings or forgings for high strength and low temperature resistance.

    - Stem: Stem is surface treated to reduce wear and abrasion resistance at low temperatures.

    - Sealing pair: using STL hard alloy, with wear resistance, corrosion resistance and low temperature resistance properties.

    - Extended neck: Extended neck design ensures reliable sealing of the packing part of the stem.

    - Drip board: can effectively prevent condensate water from flowing into the insulation layer.

    - Unidirectional flow: pressure relief holes are provided on the ram to prevent abnormal pressure boost in the closed area of the middle chamber.

    - Cleaning: The low temperature valve is degreased and cleaned.
