Rubber lined Center line butterfly valve is widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical industry, water supply and drainage and municipal construction and other industrial pipelines for fluid load.
1.Center line butterfly valve, elastic surplus sealing makes the valve have two-way zero leakage performance.
2.The valve body adopts precision casting process, the lining rubber avoids contact with the fluid medium, and the combinations of different rubber materials meet a variety of working conditions.
3. Flow linear disc design + edge polishing gives lower operating torque and minimal pressure loss, ensuring longer term zero leakage seal and seat life.
4.Fluid linear butterfly plate design + edge polishing,giving lower operating torque and minimum pressure loss, ensuring a longer-term zero leakage seal and seat life.
5.The valve seat design is based on the use with backing and vulcanization structure of different specifications, isolating the valve body and valve stem from the fluid, and providing the seal to the pipe flange without additional sealing washer.
