Three eccentric butterfly valves can be classified into three eccentric multi-layer structure and three eccentric hard-to-hard sealing structure butterfly valves according to the sealing material between the flap seats.
The butterfly valve has the function of anti-blowout and fire prevention.
Three eccentric principle
Eccentricity 1 The valve shaft is located behind the valve seat shaft, so that the seal can be completely close around the contact with the entire valve seat.
Eccentricity 2 The centerline of the valve shaft is offset from the centerline of the pipe and the valve, which prevents the valve from opening and closing.
Eccentricity 3 The seat cone shaft is offset from the centerline of the valve shaft, which eliminates friction during closing and opening and achieves a uniform compression seal around the entire seat.
Multi-layer laminated butterfly seals, torqued during closure, generate seating forces that act uniformly and consistently around the entire circumference. Resilient seals flex and energize, maintaining the shape of the valve seat. Compression forces act uniformly along the circumference, allowing the valve to close tightly in both directions. The elasticity of the seal allows the valve body and butterfly plate to contact or expand, avoiding the risk of blockage due to temperature fluctuations. This device is capable of self-adjusting alignment.
Three eccentric hard touch hard seal structure, the valve seat seal and flap seal are STL hard surface, sealing surface hardness, can be applied to a variety of harsh working conditions, can also be bi-directional sealing. Flap seal and seat seal can be replaced, low on-site maintenance cost.
1.The elastic metal steel sheet sandwich seal makes the valve have zero leakage performance.
2.The right-angle rotation frictionfree design is achieved through a unique three eccentric principle, 0~90 degrees between the valve seat and butterfly seal ring friction, remove the possibility of wear and leakage, prolong the service life of the valve.
3.Torque seal can ensure the two-way zero leakage requirements in the long-term operation of the valve, and the valve switch life can reach 500,000 times.
4.All-metal structure + zero leakage performance, so that the valve has the essence of fire prevention and safety characteristics.
5.The butterfly valve adopts precision casting process, including the valve body and valve plate of the valve. This valve process has many advantages compared to the steel plate rolling process, the most important is that the overall strength of the valve is high, and relatively speaking, the cost of the valve is also higher than the rolling process.
