  • Product Profile

    The strainer is an indispensable device of the pipeline system for conveying the medium?   • Design Feature

    When the filter works, the water to be filtered enters from the water outlet, flows through the filter, and enters the pipeline required by the user through the outlet to carry out the process cycle, and the particles and impurities in the water are retained inside the filter. Such a continuous cycle, the particles are retained more and more, the filtration rate is getting slower and slower, while the import of sewage is still a steady stream of entry, the filter hole will get smaller and smaller, thus generating a pressure difference between the inlet and outlet, when the difference between the large degree reaches a set value, should be cleaned up or replaced with a new filter screen.

    The specifications of the filter mesh are: 5μ, 10μ, 20μ, 55μ, 100μ, 130μ, 200μ, etc. Users can choose different precision filter mesh according to their needs.

    Points to consider when selecting a filter

    When selecting an oil filter, the following points should be considered:

    (1) The filtration accuracy should meet the predetermined requirements.

    (2) Sufficient flow-through capacity can be maintained over a long period of time.

    (3) The filter element has sufficient strength and is not damaged by the action of hydraulic pressure.

    (4) The filter element has good corrosion resistance and can work durably under the specified temperature.

    (5) The filter element is easy to clean or replace.
