    Lock bucket valve is a two-piece and three-piece valve body structure, fixed ball, full diameter design, using double valve seat design, double valve seat front seal with the valve seat, both valve seats can independently cut the inlet end fluid, both directions can meet the sealing requirements, to achieve double blocking function. The sphere and the valve stem are integrated to ensure the concentricity of the sphere and the valve, and to avoid the separation of the ball from the valve stem after frequent switching. The ball and the stem are different materials, the ball is F304, and the valve stem is 17-4 PH,which not only ensures the material requirements of the hardness of the ball, but also ensures the strength of the valve stem. The sphere and valve seat are F304, using aerospace supersonic flame spraying technology, spray tungsten carbide or ceramic material on the surface above three times the speed of sound, forming a dense coating with extremely strong adhesion. The coating hardness is as high as HRC 68-90, and the thickness is up to 1-2mm, which is not easy to be scratched and washed by impurities in the medium. Make the valve wear resistance, erosion resistance and extrusion resistance ability is stronger. At the position of the valve body, the sealing structure of multi-layer packing is used to prevent the valve stem to ensure the sealing of the valve stem.


  • Design Feature

    1.The lock bucket valve has a split, fixed, metal hard seal type, simple maintenance and convenient disassembly.


    2.The inlet of the double valve seats is sealed, and the two valve seats can cut off the fluid at the inlet end independently to realize the double blocking. 


    3.The integrated design and processing of the sphere and valve stem ensure the neutrality of the sphere and valve stem and the strength of the valve stem. 


    4.Inconel X-750 annular spring can maintain the elastic stability at high temperature, and adopts unique sealing measures to ensure that there is no ash within the spring range, to ensure the floating valve seat and the sphere sealing.


    5.Use the carbide broadband self-scraping mechanism to realize the self-cleaning of the sphere at the valve switch to prevent the ash from blocking on the sealing surface of the sphere.


    6.The metal remelting technology is adopted to reliably reintegrate nickel-based carbide with the surface of the sphere and valve base matrix, and its binding force is obviously better than other methods, which can effectively prevent hard bonding Peel and shedding of gold; reasonable hardness difference ensures that the sealing surface of sphere and valve seat has long life and good sealing effect. 


    7.Adopt pneumatic actuator with reasonable torque, reliable pressure regulating valve, solenoid valve, reversing valve, limited switch, filter and other gas path accessories.
